目的 基于阴阳辨证分析多系统萎缩C型(MSA-C型)患者视频眼震电图(VNG)及疾病变化特点.方法 收集本院神经内科确诊MSA-C型患者25例,完善VNG相关检查及MSA评价量表等信息采集,并按照中医辨证分型标准由中医师进行阳虚、阴虚分组,对比分析眼震电图特点及与病变程度、中医证候之间的相关性,总结疾病发展变化规律.结果 MSA-C型患者眼震电图以凝视试验、扫视试验、视跟踪眼动反应等中枢性眼动异常表现为主,且以阴虚为主者在眼动功能障碍程度、病程及病变致残程度上重于阳虚组.结论 随着疾病发展,MSA-C型患者中医证候变化有以阳虚为主到阴虚更甚的特点,且与病程、中枢功能损伤及病变程度、病变范围存在正相关,且除小脑损伤渐重之外,还存在其他中枢神经系统区域包括锥体系及皮层.
