本文分析了独立院校学生的自身特点与所面临的教学困境,并结合实例指出,创造高效率的大英授课过程一方面要求教师优化授课架构,以便最大限度地创造学生浸染英语的机会;另一方面要求教师具备“换角”意识,配以多样化的教学手段以及策略,促进学生自我成就感的达成,从而加快个体新旧知识的吸收与转化。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of students in independent colleges and the difficulties they face in teaching. In combination with the examples, it points out that creating an efficient teaching process in the UK requires teachers to optimize the teaching structure in order to maximize students’ chances of immersing themselves in English. On the other hand, Aspects require teachers to have “change corner ” awareness, coupled with a variety of teaching methods and strategies to promote the achievement of a sense of accomplishment of students, so as to speed up the absorption and transformation of individual old and new knowledge.
