目的 探讨分析小剂量丙戊酸镁联合抗精神药物治疗精神分裂症患者攻击行为的临床效果。方法 随机选取2017年6月至2019年5月间本院收治的108例精神分裂症且存在攻击行为的患者,均等分为54例观察组和54例对照组,对照组进行常规抗击精神药物治疗,观察组采用小剂量丙戊酸镁联合抗精神药物治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后阴性与阳性症状量表(PANSS)评分、外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分。结果 治疗前,两组患者的PANSS评分无明显差别(P>0.05);治疗4周、6周、7周后,两组患者的PANSS评分均显著下降,“,”Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of low-dose magnesium valproate combined with antipsychotic drugs on aggressive behavior of schizophrenia patients. Methods One hundred and eight schizophrenic patients with aggressive behavior admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were randomly selected and equally divided into 54 observation groups and 54 control groups. The control group was treated with conventional antipsychotic drugs. The observation group was treated with low-dose magnesium valproate combined with antipsychotic drugs. The negative and positive symptom scale (PANSS) scores and explicit aggressive behavior scale (MOAS) scores before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in PANSS scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 7weeks of treatment, the PANSS scores of the two groups of patients decreased significantly, and the PANSS scores of the observation group were (49.66±7.49),(35.47±2.51) and (33.32±3.59) respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (61.04±7.23), (47.33±2.76) and (44.91±4.92) (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in MOAS scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 7 weeks of treatment, the MOAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the MOAS scores of the observation group were (4.55±1.34), (3.37±1.48) and (2.21±0.82) respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (6.68±1.89), (4.51±1.66) and (4.06±1.44) (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of low-dose magnesium valproate combined with antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of aggressive behavior of schizophrenia patients is more significant, which can effectively reduce PANSS score and MOAS score, but also can strengthen the curative effect of antipsychotic drugs, has extremely high safety, and is worth popularizing.
