随着我国经济的迅速增长综合国力不断的增强,企业在日常管理的过程中,销售人员的管理,不仅是企业整体管理的核心,同时也是企业经济效益的核心所在。因此,企业在销售人员管理的过程中,销售人员考核的基本指标,不仅是企业管理的基本依据,同时也是销售人员自我能力的基本体现。在此,本文针对销售人员考核的基本指标中的相关问题,作以下论述。
With the rapid economic growth in our country, the overall national strength has been continuously enhanced. In the daily management of enterprises, the management of salespersons is not only the core of the overall management of an enterprise, but also the core of the economic benefits of an enterprise. Therefore, enterprises in the sales force management process, the basic indicators of sales staff assessment is not only the basic basis for business management, but also the basic embodiment of sales force self.
