对现代飞机操纵面操纵系统刚度进行了分析,从满足气动弹性需求的角度给出了作动器动刚度和阻尼要求的确定方法。以某支线飞机升降舵操纵系统为例,给出了操纵系统刚度和阻尼要求;针对方向舵操纵面旋转频率过低问题,提出了方向舵作动器布置下移与实肋对接的更改建议。经分析,更改后的方向舵作动器布置能够满足气动弹性设计要求。
The stiffness of the control system of the control plane of the modern aircraft is analyzed, and the method to determine the dynamic stiffness and damping requirements of the actuator is given from the perspective of meeting the requirements of aeroelasticity. Taking a regional aircraft elevator control system as an example, the stiffness and damping requirements of the control system are given. In view of the low rotational frequency of the control surface of the rudder, a proposal of changing the rudder actuator placement and solid rib docking is proposed. After analysis, the modified rudder actuator layout can meet the requirements of aeroelastic design.
