The radiometric standards for calibrating a blackbody or infrared radiometer at room temperature are described. This standard consists of a standard black body and irradiance calibration device. The standard blackbody cavity is a cylindrical-convex conical cavity with an operating temperature range of (-50 to + 90) ° C. The effective emissivity of the blackbody cavity is 0.9999 ± 0.0002 and the diameter of the mouth is 80mm. The combined uncertainty (1σ) of the calibration of the irradiance with this device is 0.46%, the combined uncertainty of the calibration irradiance is 0.95% and the combined uncertainty of the calibration of the total radiation temperature is 0.4K. The irradiance produced with a standard blackbody also calibrates the response of the infrared radiometer.
