通过对京、津、皖、湘等部分盲、聋、启智学校的典型调查,就劳动技术和职业教育的课程设置与实施,三类残疾毕业生就业现状,以用人单位反馈意见为代表的社会评价与期望等进行研究,力图客观地反映上述地区三类残疾儿童劳动技术与职业教育的现状,并由此提出对策:1.因地制宜,不拘一格发展职业教育;2.改进课程,以适应现代化社会对劳动者素质的基本要求
Through the typical investigation of some blind, deaf, and mentally handicapped schools in Beijing, Tianjin, Anhui and Hunan, and on the setting and implementation of the curriculums of labor technology and vocational education, the status quo of the employment of the three kinds of disabled graduates and the feedback from employing units Social evaluation and expectation, so as to objectively reflect the status quo of labor skills and vocational education of the three types of children with disabilities in the above-mentioned regions and put forward countermeasures accordingly: 1.
