尿道损伤多发生在男性,在泌尿系损伤中占首位,1974～1986年我院收治尿道损伤120例,初步总结,分析如下。临床资料本组病人除一例为女性外均为男性。年龄1～67岁。前尿道损伤85例,占70.8％,以球部尿道损伤占绝大多数,后尿道损伤35例,占29.2％。前尿道损伤大部分系会阴部直接外力所致。后尿道损伤全部系骨盆部挤压伤引起骨盆骨折所致,车祸占第一位,28例。临床症状主要以血尿、尿道口流血、尿潴留为多,其次为会阴部、阴囊血肿、尿外渗、会阴部漏尿、休克等。同时合并有骨盆骨折35例,上尿路感染2例,四肢骨折5例,
