随着我国综合国力不断提升,经济全球化进程加快,我国现代化企业管理工作进程也在不断地提高,尽管我国相比欧美等一些发达国家来说起来相对较晚,但是根据我国现有的现代化企业经营管理工作理论却得到了重大的突破。现代化企业经营管理理论与传统的博弈学说、机制激励学说等传统观点相互融会贯通,促进了人民群众对当下的企业经营管理运行的手段的理解和感悟。本文通过对现代化企业经营管理工作的发展现状,以及在企业经营管理工作中出现的问题提出了对策,期望能够对我国现代企业的经营管理公园起到一定的帮助作用。
With the continuous improvement of China’s overall national strength and the acceleration of economic globalization, the process of modern enterprise management in our country is constantly improving. Although China is relatively late in comparison with some developed countries such as Europe and the United States, according to the existing modernized enterprises in our country, Management theory has been a major breakthrough. The traditional management theory of enterprises and the traditional game theory, mechanism and incentive theory and other traditional ideas are integrated with each other, and promote the people’s understanding and perception of the current operation and management of enterprises. In this paper, we put forward some countermeasures to the current situation of the management and operation of modern enterprises and the problems that arise in the management of the enterprises. It is hoped that this can help to play a role in the management of modern enterprises in our country.
