本文报告了高氟区氟中毒孕妇的5例引产胎儿长骨的氟含量化学测定以及光镜和扫描电镜观察的结果。发现病区胎儿骨骼氟含量显著高于非病区胎儿,光镜和电镜下骨形态异常,骨生成较正常胎儿更为活跃。该结果表明氟离子能经胎盘入胎儿,并引起骨改变,推测胎儿甲状腺受损,促进成骨活跃。本文给氟中毒的防治提供了依据。
This paper reports the fluoride content of 5 long-term fetuses of fetus with fluorosis in high fluoride area and the results of light and scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the fluorine content in fetus bone was significantly higher than that in non-ward fetus. The morphological changes of bone were abnormal under light microscope and electron microscope. The bone formation was more active than that of normal fetus. The results show that fluoride ions through the placenta into the fetus, and cause bone changes, presumably fetal thyroid damage and promote osteogenesis. This article provides a basis for the prevention and treatment of fluorosis.
