基于对比评优机制的空压机集控系统的设计,解决了多台螺杆式空压机并网运行时集中控制程度不高的问题,在实现了对空压机组实时监控、信息远程共享、故障报警及自动诊断等的基础上,设计对比评优机制,根据所监测的压力、温度终态值及启动过程,对空压机性能、状态进行比较和评价,并将评价结果反馈给控制系统,进而控制空压机运行组合顺序,实现机组运行的最优化。
