我国许多地方政府为加快地区经济增长,往往会进行大规模的投资活动,这就使得地方建设性资金需求不断增加,但地方财力又无法满足这一资金需求,致使地方政府因大量举债而形成债务风险。本文就地方政府债务风险的衡量标准、分布情况以及防范措施进行简单的分析和研究,以期有效避免政府债务风险带来的损伤,促进我国各地经济的快速、稳定、健康路发展。 Many local governments in our country tend to carry out large-scale investment activities to speed up economic growth in the region. This has led to the increasing demand for constructive capital in the localities, but the local financial resources can not meet the demand for capital. As a result, local governments have formed debts due to massive borrowings risk. This paper simply analyzes and studies the measurement, distribution and precautionary measures of the debt risk of local governments so as to avoid the damage caused by the government debt risk effectively and promote the rapid, stable and healthy development of the economy throughout our country.
