高致病性新型人冠状病毒MERS--CoV结合其细胞受体CD26的分子基础

  一种新型的人冠状病毒,中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒(Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus,MERS-CoV),可以引起人体严重的肺部疾病,很可能成为继SARS-CoV之后的另一高致病性冠状病毒。最新的研究表明人CD26分子(又称作二肽基肽酶4)是MERS-CoV在细胞表面的受体。病毒通过其表面刺突蛋白与CD26的特异性相互作用,介导病毒在宿主细胞表面的粘附并诱发膜融合,由此起始病毒的初始感染,但MERS-CoV识别细胞受体的分子机制仍不清楚。
