Organic photovoltaics (OPVs) continuously attract attention due to their potential as low cost and lightweight sources of renewable energy. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of state-of-the-art OPVs.based on bulk heterojuction and tandem structures, can reach over 10.0 %,as result of progress in new materials, device engineering, device physics,etc.[1,2].However the large-area OPVs processed by R2R printing or coating techniques still have many issues, and the PCE of large-area OPV modules is much lower than those of smaller,spin-coated devices [3,4].Especially,the interface is always one of the key issues for obtaining highly efficient OPVs.In this presentation,we will describe our research on printing techniques as well as the interface modification for solution-processed OPVs [4-6],which provide the information for potentially improving the performance of large-area OPV modules fabricated by printing or coating techniques.
