本文研究了单壁碳纳米管在THz波段的散射特性。首先,建立了金属性碳纳米管散射体模型。通过严格的级数展开,给出了单壁碳纳米管散射场和透射场的表达式。其次,以TM波为例,分别在平面波正入射及斜入射的条件下,研究其散射场及散射宽度的特性。通过散射场、感应电流、散射宽度,有效地描述了碳纳米管在THz的散射特性。研究结果对利用碳纳米管进行THz的探测具有一定意义。
In this paper, the scattering characteristics of single-walled carbon nanotubes in the THz band are studied. First, a metallic carbon nanotube scatterer model is established. By strict series expansion, the expressions of the scattering and transmission fields of single-walled carbon nanotubes are given. Secondly, taking the TM wave as an example, the characteristics of the scattering field and the scattering width are studied under the conditions of normal incidence and oblique incidence of plane waves respectively. The scattering properties of carbon nanotubes at THz are effectively described by scattering field, induced current and scattering width. The results of the research on the use of carbon nanotubes THz exploration of some significance.
