@@ Patient blood samples constitute ideal quality control material in many respects.The principal challenges involve the design of a system which combines excellent performance characteristics with a minimum of extra work.This study is to setup a Hematology quality control procedure with retained pmiem samples.LH500 Hematology analyzer was monitored daily using 3 levels of 5C controls from BECKMAN·COULTER Company.Two or threeanalyzed patient specimens were retained at 2~-8℃ per day(Day 1),each specimen with at least one high value of WBC、RBC、HGB and PLT parameters.Re-analyze retained specimens on the second day(Day 2).Collect one momh data.All WBC,RBC,MCV,HGB and PLT values were recorded_in an EXCEL form.Calculate thedifference percentage(Delta percentage.△%)ofWBC、RBC、HGB、MCV、PLT parameters according to the following equation.
