The stable and high efficient expression of exogenous genes in transgenic plants is an important factor that affects the application prospects of transgenic plants.By using agrobacterium mediate transformation system, we obtained some apple transgenic lines with GFP (Green Fluorescence Protein) genes after antibiotic selection and fluorescence observation under microscope.
