Vanadium dioxide (VO2) has been extensively studied by many researchers, since Morinl found its metal-insulator transition (MIT) at about 68 ℃ for "smart window" application, which can help control the room temperature intelligently."Smart window" need to work lower than the intrinsic phase transition temperature of VO2 at around room temperature to get good performance and high efficiency.Therefore, predecessors put lots of efforts into lowering the phase transition temperature.
