Although quantum key distribution (QKD) is already in use in prototype secure communication systems, its implementation over long-distance multiparty networks is still a major challenge.We have recently demonstrated an optical key distribution network based on computational ghost imaging which can simultaneously realize privacy amplication and multiparty distribution over long distances, as shown schematically in Fig.1.
