承钢3#高炉应对干熄焦停产冶炼实践

由于承钢焦炉干熄焦系统检修,3#高炉干熄焦(原入炉配比为50%)变为水熄焦,焦炭质量大幅度下滑,焦炭水分波动大,造成高炉料柱透气、渗液性变差,压量关系紧张,炉况出现波动.通过调节炉内操作制度,强化生产管理,高炉炉况逐步稳定.提出焦炭质量恶化后降低[V]含量是必要的,有利于改善烧结矿粒度,提高转鼓,提高料柱透气性,改善炉缸工作状态,增加炉况的适应能力。焦炭质量恶化后适当提高入炉焦比,减轻焦炭负荷有利于改善炉况。保证合理的两道气流分布有利于维持良好的炉况顺行状况,在上部调整达不到效果时,要及时调整下部送风制度。

本文总结了承钢6#高炉停炉及开炉快速达产经验,本次闷炉及开炉通过精心准备,制定详尽的闷炉、开炉方案实现炉况快速恢复,送风第三天高炉产量即达到计划,实现快速达产的开炉目标.本次开炉11日17:20分送风,在26小时内具备达产风量,13日达产,用时两天,开炉过程顺利,实现了预期目标。现将本次开炉过程中的得失总结如下:第一,本次开炉前有效打通了风铁口通道,大大缩短了前期加风的时间,为快速全风奠定了坚实基
