本文报告小儿“难治性”肾病综合征17例。其中Ⅰ型10例,Ⅱ型7例,经用长春新碱加地塞米松静滴,及强的松维持6～8个月,结果14例缓解,2例显效,1例有效。
This article reports pediatric “refractory” nephrotic syndrome in 17 cases. Among them, 10 cases of type I and 7 cases of type II were treated with intravenous injection of vincristine plus dexamethasone and prednisone for 6 to 8 months. Results of 14 cases were relieved, 2 cases markedly effective and 1 case effective.
