Over the past decades,semiconductor photocatalysis as a promising technology has been widely investigated in energy conversion and H2 production without generation harmful by-products.Many achievements have been reported.[1-5] Present photocatalytic H2 reaction,using semiconductors as photocatalyst,suffered from poor visible light utilization or instability of H2 production system.
