This paper attempts to explore the influence of affective tutoring system on the learning motives and achievements of students in English remedial teaching.The experimental subjects are students who are low-achieving in English learning at primary school in the central of Taiwan.By conducting remedial teaching,the affective tutoring system can monitor the students' learning status in time and get their problems in learning emotion during learning be noticed,so that the students' learning condition can be learned by the system to provide proper feedback and encouragement.The affective tutoring system is designed in a fun and interactive way to attract primary students,expecting to learn students' difference in learning motives and effectiveness,so as to provide reference for English remedial teaching in the future.
