Reorganization and clustering of protein receptors in the platelet membrane are involved in numerous cellular events such as platelet activation, intracellular signaling, and blood coagulation.Although biochemical evidence suggests that platelet membranes play key regulatory roles in these biological processes, due to technique limitation, the lateral phase separation and nanoscale dynamics of the platelet membrane during activation are not well understood.
