Objective:In order to match with our following experiments of optogenetic transgenic mice,we set up a stable unilateral 6-OHDA mice and verify the treatment of electroacupuncture (EA) on the motor symptoms of unilateral 6-OHDA mice.Method:In order to establish a appropriate unilateral 6-OHDA mice model,four dosage (4μg,6μg,8μg and 10μg) of 6-OHDA were injected in right striatum,and the saline was injected as sham group.
