Response SurfaceMethodology(RSM) is a statistical method to get optimal combination of multivariable.Firstly,the response factors from main environmental factors which affect bacterial growth and the response value was chosen,secondly,the range of factor levels was acquired by proper single factor experiments,thus the test point of the experiment is decided,the experiment was carried out in each test point based on the principle of randomness.Experimental data was obtained and analyzed with statistical method.
