The type Ⅵ secretion system (T6SS) was recently described and characterized in several animal pathogens, such as Vibrio cholerae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, but fewer in plant pathogens.In this work, we focused on the functions of T6SS genes in Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.carotovorum (Pcc), a phytopathogen causing soft rot disease in many important crops, especially on pathogenicity related of them.
