The implementation of teachers performance evaluation is one of the main tasks for the construction of key institution for higher vocational education, and is an effective measure in prompting the initiative for work and enhancing teaching performance.With the application of knowledge in human resources management and with the training requirements and educational goals for key institution of higher vocational education in mind, the paper constructs the KPI-based teachers performance evaluation index system, designs the computing formulas, and explains the working of the system with examples in the hope to better the working ethics, teaching performance, research results and social service of schools.
