In order to study the abnormal temperature dependence of the coercivity(magnetocrystalline anisotropy field)for MnBi,the relationship between electronic structure and magneto-crystalline anisotropy(MAE)of low temperature phase MnBi was studied using first principles method with full potential linearized augments plane wave(FLAPW).
