Objective Analysis of Argon-Helium cryoablation therapy in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma in peripheral blood CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells (Treg) the impact and clinical significance.Methods Thirty two cases of hospital clinical data of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma,all patients were in the argon-helium cryoablation surgery before and after 1 ~ 6 month were collected from peripheral blood detected by flow cytometry in peripheral blood T lymphocytes group (CD3 + T,CD4 + T,CD8 + T,CD4 + T/CD8 + T,NK cells,Treg cells) changes.
