：
利用微卫星分子标记技术对日本囊对虾霞浦野生群体(XP,34尾)和选育群体(G2,34尾)的遗传多样性进行分析.野生群体采自福建霞浦三沙海域,选育群体取自福建省东山县茂鑫水产有限公司养殖的G2日本囊对虾.5个微卫星位点在两个群体中共检测到88个等位基因,多态信息含量介于0.6542-0.9076之间,均为高度多态位点.野生群体与养殖选育群体平均等位基因数为16和8.4,平均有效等位基因数为15.41

利用微卫星分子标记技术对日本囊对虾霞浦野生群体(XP,34尾)和选育群体(G2,34尾)的遗传多样性进行分析.野生群体采自福建霞浦三沙海域,选育群体取自福建省东山县茂鑫水产有限公司养殖的G2日本囊对虾.5个微卫星位点在两个群体中共检测到88个等位基因,多态信息含量介于0.6542-0.9076之间,均为高度多态位点.野生群体与养殖选育群体平均等位基因数为16和8.4,平均有效等位基因数为15.4133和5.7086,平均杂合度为0.7353和0.5529,平均多态信息含量为0.8479和0.7230,群体间遗传分化指数Fst为0.0404.结果表明,日本囊对虾野生群体和养殖选育群体的遗传多样性都较为丰富,尚未发现明显的遗传分化现象.
