Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of uterine artery chemoembolization (UAEC) followed by suction curettage for the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP),and to compare the efficacy of superselective UAEC versus non-superselective UAEC followed by suction curettage for the treatment of CSP.Methods: A retrospective cohort study.Between February 2011 and February 2012,120 women were diagnosed with CSP,97 women received superselective UAEC,23 women received non-superselective UAEC,uterine suction curettage followed all procedures.The clinical information on these patients and clinical outcomes were reviewed.
