Objective:To study the neurologic criterion and curative effect facts of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods:A prospective study were carried out and 21 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy were involved in this investigation who were received Nurick grade、JOA score and 40 cent,and discuss its excellent and defect.The possibility fact curative effect facts were analysed.
