目的:优选白芍配方颗粒中白芍总苷提取的工艺条件。方法:采用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken效应面法,以白芍总苷提取量为指标进行试验,考察加水量、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数、浸泡时间等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:优选出水提白芍总苷的最佳工艺为:浸泡98.4 min,加12倍量水,煎煮提取2次,每次69.8 min。白芍总苷的提取率为2.387 1%。结论:Box-Behnken试验设计法用于白芍配方颗粒提取工艺的优选是可行的,数学模型的预测值与试验观察值相符。
Objective: To optimize the technological conditions for the extraction of total glucosides of Paeony in Radix Paeoniae Alba Formula Granules. Methods: The single factor experiment and Box-Behnken effect surface method were used to test the total glucoside extract of paeony. The effects of water addition, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times and soaking time on the extraction process were investigated. Results: The optimum conditions for extracting total glucosides of paeony were as follows: soak for 98.4 min, add 12 times the amount of water and decoction twice for 69.8 min. The extraction rate of total glucosides of paeony was 2.387 1%. CONCLUSION: The Box-Behnken experimental design method is feasible for the extraction of the prescription granules of Paeonia lactiflora. The predicted value of the mathematical model is consistent with the experimental observation.
