目的:间隙连接介导的细胞间隙连接通讯在细胞的新陈代谢、增殖、分化以及内环境的稳定等生理过程中起着重要的调控作用,间隙连接蛋白的异常表达与多种肿瘤的恶性增殖和转化密切相关.本研究旨在研究间隙连接蛋白家族中Connexin 26 (Cx26)、Connexin 32 (Cx32)、Connexin 43 (Cx43)在前列腺癌(PCa)及良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中的表达情况,分析三者与PCa生物学行为关系,探索其在PCa发生、发展中的作用机制,从而为PCa诊断及治疗提供新的理论依据.
