目的:考察10地市售炒莱菔子饮片质量并进行萝卜苷含量测定。方法:采用HPLC和重量法对10地市售炒莱菔子饮片萝卜苷含量和杂质,水溶性浸出物含量进行测定,并按《中国药典》检测了水分与醇溶性浸出物含量。结果:供试饮片中萝卜苷含量为8.02%~3.35%,杂质在0.3%~3.46%,水浸出物含量在17.32%~18.59%,水分与浸出物基本合格。结论:莱菔子饮片质量标准宜增加杂质检测和萝卜苷含量测定项,以有效控制其饮片质量。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the quality of radish seeds in 10 markets and determine the content of glucoraphanin. Methods: HPLC and gravimetric method were used to determine the contents of glucosinolates, impurities and water-soluble extracts from 10 Chinese cabbages of Radix angulatae. The contents of water and alcohol-soluble extracts were determined according to “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. Results: The content of glucosinolates in the test pieces was 8.02% -3.35%, the impurities were in the range of 0.3% -3.46% and the contents of water extracts were in the range of 17.32% -18.59%. The water content and the extracts were basically qualified. Conclusion: The quality standard of Radish Seed Tablets should increase the detection of impurities and the determination of content of caltrop, in order to effectively control the quality of its slices.
