Polymer-inorganic nanocomposites are important candidates for construction of photonic devices,band-pass filters, components of nonlinear optical systems, optical limiters, elements of microcircuit chips, etc.[1,2].Polyelectrolyte-bascd materials, including ultrafine particles of silver, copper and noble metals, exhibit antibacterial and fungicide properties and are therefore promising for application in medicine.Key problem of design nanocomposites materials is tuning of sizes, spatial distribution and morphology of nanoparticles.During recent years, attention has been focused on elaboration of a simple singlestage method for production of polymer-metal hybrid materials by reduction of metal ions directly in swollen polymer matrices [3,4].An attractive possibility for an application of interpolyelectrolyte complexes (IPECs) as sorbents or ion-exchange materials has stimulated considerable interest in the process of embedding metal ions into such macromolecular co-assemblies.
