Molecular biorecognition is at the center of all biological processes.It forms the basis for the design of precisely defined smart systems,including targeted therapeutics,imaging agents,stimulisensitive and self-assembled biomaterials,and biosensors [1].Inspired by the self-assembly of hybrid HPMA copolymers grafted with complementary coiled-coil forming oligopeptides [2],we designed a new therapeutic platform for the treatment of CD20 positive B-cell lymphomas [3-6].Indeed,biorecognition ofpeptide [3-5] or oligonucleotide [6] motifs at the B-cell surface triggers apoptosis.
