At present, the forth Ziegler-Natta catalyst is one of the most widely used polypropylene catalyst system,which contains MgCl2-supported TiCl4, internal donor and external donor.[1,2] Dusobutyl phthalate is a well-known internal donor for the catalyst system.Nevertheless, phthalates are often blamed as endocrine disruptors.[3] Salicylic acid is known for its ability to ease aches and pains[4], and some salicylates can be frequently used in cosmetics as a fragrance additive and UV light absorber.
