　　HBV is the causative agent of B-type hepatitis and accounts for a serious viral threat worldwide.HBV infection is associated with the appearance of many serological and molecular markers, that commonly detected with enzyme immunoassays (EIAs) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based DNA detections.Recently,nanogolds and their bio-hybrid structures are attracting a wide body of interest as novel probing structures in biological detection and sensing applications.
