With the development and progress of the scientific technologies,it is important for the enterprises to introducethe new type technologies or keep on researching and developing technologies on their own.Only by introducing the new type technologies or keep on researching and developing the technologies independently during the ordinary production can the enterprises be fully equipped with the development enthusiasm.In addition,only in this manner can the enterprises realize the sustainable development.In this way,the enterprises are able to obtain the maximum benefits in the fierce market competition.However,there are certain risks for the enterprises when they are investing the new type technologies.In this paper,it helps the enterprises to analyze and grasp the risks through the mathematic modeling and solutions.This paper promotes the enterprises to realize the best investment for technologies during the effective dynamic control.In the end,in this paper,it has played a good guidance role for the enterprises in our country to make technology investment.
