:
目的:研究CX3CR1/p38 MAPK信号通路在糖尿病神经痛中的作用.方法:采用雄性SD大鼠(200~220 g),通过检测大鼠50%机械刺激撤足阈值的变化观察糖尿病大鼠的痛行为;Western blot和免疫组织化学观察脊髓背角CX3CR1和p-p38 MAPK的表达水平及表达部位.结果:(1)腹腔注射链脲菌素后7d和14d,CX3CR1在脊髓背角的表达明显增加,在神经元和小胶质细胞中均有表达
