NiAl2O4-metal composite material is an effective candidate for anodes used in industrial production of aluminium as a substitute for graphite anodes.NiAl2O4-Cu-Ni anode was prepared by Spark Plasma Sintering(SPS)in present paper.According to the density and electrical conductivity of the anodes,the optimal process parameters were given and the result showed that sintering temperature had the most significant influence on the properties of the inert anodes.Moreover,Nickel oxide Was added to the inert anodes.The results showed that adding NiO will highly increase electrical conductivity of the inert anodes.SEM and optical microscope were applied to study the mechanism of the effect of NiO on the inert anodes.

研究了采用高岭土型煤矸石为原料,经碳热还原制取的铝硅铁合金为还原剂热还原炼镁的工艺条件。发现,与传统的硅铁还原剂相比,此还原剂具有还原温度低、还原速度快、过量系数小、制团压力低等优点。经初步估算采用此种还原剂,在相同的还原率下,把每日二个生产周期改成每日三个生产周期是完全可能的。若如此,在镁的产量可增加产品产量约1/3的同时,镁的成本约降低1680元/吨镁左右。
