Objective: To summarize the clinical test, diagnose papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) coexisting with Hashimotos thyroiditis (HT), and analyze the correlation of BRAFV600E mutation with the coexistence of PTC and HT.Methods: The clinical characteristics of 50 patients with PTC and HT coexistence (research group) and 150 simple PTC patients (control group) were retrospectively analyzedfrom March 2011 to March 2012.Their differences, including BRAFV600E mutation, were determined.
