　　功能成像(PET 或SPECT)与结构成像(CT 或MRI)的有机结合是目前疾病诊断的发展趋势之一,能有效提高疾病诊断的准确度 [1,2]。在本研究中,我们采用RGD 多肽、聚乙二醇和DTPA 部分修饰的超支化聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)高分子为平台,通过在其内部包裹金纳米颗粒用于CT 成像,在其表面修饰的DTPA 配体分子标记99mTc 用于SPECT 成像。
