目的 评价静脉化疗联合TACE治疗胃癌伴肝转移的有效性和安全性.方法 60例胃癌伴肝转移患者随机分成2组,试验组30例,经TACE治疗后行静脉化疗,化疗方案:多西他赛60mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天;奥沙利铂80mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天;5-氟尿嘧啶500mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1-5天.对照组30例,按上述方案行静脉化疗,4周为一个周期,所有病例化疗2-6个周期评价疗效和毒副反应.
