Background: T.gondii is an extensive intracellular parasitic protozoon, which can infect all warm-blooded vertebrate species and lead to reproductive failure in the humans and animals.Moderate IFN-γ is essential for normal pregnancy,but more IFN-γmay induce abnormal pregnancy.In our previous study, result showed that IFN-γ expression was upregulated with T.gondii infection.However the underlying mechanism of IFN-γ induced abnormal pregnancy outcomes is still unclear.
