Objective:To investigate the early intervention effectiveness of one-to-one speech therapy combined with scalp acupuncture for the language retardation children.Methods:60 language retardation children randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 30 and control group 30.Finally,49 cases were available, the treatment group of 26 cases, the control group of 23 cases. The treatment group conducted the scalp acupuncture and one-to-one speech therapy, the control group conducted the one-to-one speech therapy. The speech therapy and scalp acupuncture once every two days,10 times for a period, six months observation. Before and after the trial,we used the S-S language retardation evaluation method to assess language level, which was developed by the Chinese rehabilitation research center.Orderly classification data was compared by the Radit analysis test, two variables was related by Spearman correlation analysis, and p < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results:The trial result showed that after treatment, the treatment group significant efficiency of 23.07%,efficiency of 69.23%,inefficiency of 7.6%;the control group significant efficiency of 4.30%,efficiency of 65.21%,inefficiency of30.43%,and the Radit analysis result showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The two groups effectiveness had negative correlation with gender and the beginning trial age,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and it had positive correlation with severity.but the difference was no statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion:One-to-one speech therapy combined with scalp acupuncture can increase the efficiency for the language retardation children, and as a effective clinical method,it is worth popularizing.
