Background The aim of the study is to study the cardiac valve replacement perioperative respiratory trainer Joint Routine respiratory training team to improve lung function,prevention of pulmonary complications effect.Methods In our hospital from January 2011 to November 2013 completed a total of patients with cardiac valve replacement in 256 cases,including 25 cases of mitral valve replacement,37 cases of aortic valve replacement,mitral valve replacement in 63 cases,109 cases of valve replacement combined with repair,valve replacement combined with coronary artery bypass graft in 22 cases.There were 141 males,125 females,aged 23-72 years old,all of the cases were in tracheal intubation intravenous anesthesia operation,routine extra corporeal circulation.These patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 128 cases,compared two groups of patients with gender,age,illness,operation,there was no significant difference (P ＞0.05).The control group from the beginning of admission day,ask the patient to give up smoking and drinking,regular breathing training,guidance of patients with abdominal breathing,cough,expectoration,3 times a day.Postoperative routine mask humidified oxygen,guide the patients to cough and expectoration.The experimental group in the conventional applied basis breathe training device.One day after the application of breath training device with routine nursing extubation after surgery.
