某海洋工程公司选择奥氏体不锈钢螺栓作为阀门的紧固,件使用很短时间后部分螺栓发生断裂失效,为了找出失效原因,对断裂螺栓进行物理与化学性能测试、断口宏观及微观形貌观察、断口能谱分析、金相显微组织观察等测试,结果表明:螺栓断裂为应力腐蚀开裂,主要原因在于螺栓在服役过程中承受拉应力,加之腐蚀性介质的共同作用。
